Joseph Hahn is the owner of Hahn Estate Planning/The Law Offices of Joseph T. Hahn. Prior to forming his own law firm, Mr. Hahn practiced for nearly 15 years with the law firms of Best Best & Krieger, Morrison & Foerster and Quinn Emanuel.

Mr. Hahn advises clients throughout California on all aspects of estate and gift tax planning, probate and trust administration. Mr. Hahn leverages significant experience with complex trust litigation to assist clients with living trusts, family limited partnerships, charitable trusts, irrevocable trusts, community property agreements and domestic partnership agreements.

Mr. Hahn was named a “Top Lawyer 2011″ by Palm Springs Life Magazine, was tied for the top ranked estate planning lawyer in the Coachella Valley by the same publication, has a perfect 10.0 ranking from Avvo.com and was named to the Super Lawyers Southern California Rising Stars 2007 and 2008 lists for his work in estate planning and probate law. Super Lawyers Southern California Rising Stars are among the top 2.5 percent of Southern California attorneys.

Mr. Hahn received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Riverside. He received his J.D. in 1997 from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, Berkeley, where he served on the Editorial Board of the California Law Review. He has served as a temporary judge and has held leadership positions in both the American Bar Association and the California State Bar.
